Highway adoption
The Des Moines Sertomans ganged up on the trash on the north side of Interstate 235 between Cottage Grove and 31st Street yesterday. The trash never had a chance.
Here Will Canine, Craig Randall, Keith Anderson, Dick Henry, an I-DOT representative, and Bill Warrick (back to camera) assemble to to battle with the trash. They ooze confidence, except Keith seems to be having second thoughts about his footwear.
